Listen to music loud enough to create a melodious tune with the thunderous powerboats racing at top speeds. And just as the Patriot Jets fly right above your head, you can meanwhile enjoy the tasty foods prepared by our Food Vendors.

The Festival features over 40 restaurants, all serving their special seafood dishes. With menu items such as: deep-fried shark, scampi, Cajun crawfish, popcorn snapper, clam chowder, Louisiana gumbo and more, all at a maximum price of $5.00 per serving; there is always something to satisfy every appetite.
